Activating Your Member Account

1. Download the App: Search for “UnitedHealthcare” in your device’s app store and install the UCard app.
2. Open the App: Launch it on your smartphone or tablet.
3. Select “Activate UCard”: This option is available on the app’s main screen.
4. Enter Your Details: Provide your member ID, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
5. Create a Secure PIN: Set up a personal PIN to securely access your account.
